Drop it off
We check the car and tell you plainly what we found and what to do about it. The decision is yours. Before the repair we give you an estimate. On more complex jobs the final cost can differ.
Pick it up
You collect a working car with a VAT invoice. Pay in cash or by card.

Questions we hear most
Do I need to book in advance?
Not always. We can take a car without an appointment if the job and the number of cars in the workshop allow it. To avoid a wasted trip, call first.
How long does computer diagnostics take?
Reading the fault codes usually takes around fifteen minutes. Finding the cause depends on the fault. Once we have checked, we tell you how long the repair will take.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, for every service. Pay in cash or by card.
Which makes do you repair?
All passenger cars.
How often should the air conditioning be serviced?
Manufacturers usually recommend once a year, ideally in spring. Refrigerant is lost over time, and moisture and mould build up on the evaporator, which is where the smell from the vents comes from.
