Data controller

The controller of personal data is Auto-Naprawa Mechanika Blacharstwo Autoholowanie Jarosław Szramowski, Mazurska 29, 82-300 Elbląg, NIP 5782396723. Contact: phone 503 123 707, or in person at the workshop.

What data we collect and why

The website has no forms and does not ask you for any data.

Phone. If you call, your number may be saved in the workshop’s phone so we can call back. We do not record calls.

Server logs. Each time you visit, the hosting server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the visit. This is needed to run the website and protect it from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use it to find out who you are.

Statistics. The website does not collect visit statistics.

Cookies

The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel and no other profiling tools.

Map. The map in the “Find us” section is an image stored on our server, built from OpenStreetMap data. The interactive Google map only loads when you click “Show Google map”. From that moment Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under the terms of Google’s privacy policy.

Who we share data with

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), which processes server logs on our behalf, with the safeguards provided by the standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data or pass it to anyone else.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing and to object. A phone call or a visit to the workshop is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Changes

If we change how we process data, we will update this document. Last updated: 9 October 2026.
